Too many people are held back not by a lack of ability, but by a lack of somewhere safe and stable to live. We exist to change that — bringing together quality private housing, professional management, and genuine partnership with landlords and the community organisations who work alongside our residents.
We work across transitional housing, supported housing partnerships and general needs lets — matching the right kind of home to each person's situation. Most of our residents live independently day-to-day, with light-touch tenant services on hand where they're wanted: a regular check-in, help settling in, a friendly point of contact. Where a resident needs more structured care or support, that's arranged separately through an independent, regulated support provider — we focus on providing the safe, well-managed home that makes their next step possible.

Safety & standards
All our homes meet required safety standards — including gas, electrical and fire safety — and are managed to recognised shared-housing standards. Details of accreditations and memberships are available on request.

Transitional Housing
Our flagship offer — fully furnished, all-inclusive rooms and flats for people moving on from homelessness, crisis or care into independent living. Residents live independently day-to-day, with light-touch tenant services available where wanted: a regular check-in, budgeting help, a friendly point of contact.
Supported Housing — Housing Partner
We source, adapt and manage the accommodation for supported living placements referred by councils, charities and registered support providers. Care and support is delivered by an independent, regulated provider — we focus on providing the safe, well-managed home.
General Needs & Affordable Housing
Flats and family homes let on standard terms for individuals, couples and families who simply need a stable, well-priced home — including those moving on from temporary accommodation, referred directly or through letting agents.

Private, fully furnished single-occupancy rooms in clean, well-kept shared houses — with all bills included.

Studios and one-bedroom flats for individuals and couples who want complete independence.
Family homes
Settled houses and flats for families moving on from temporary accommodation into a stable, long-term home.
Partnership at every level
Landlords
We offer landlords two straightforward ways to work with us: Guaranteed Rent — we become your tenant and pay a fixed monthly rent on long-term agreements, with no voids and no tenant management — or a Fully Managed service where you keep the rental income and we handle everything for an agreed fee.
Regular inspections, professional maintenance, zero agency commission — and your property becomes part of the solution.
Referrers & community partners
We work alongside councils, charities, registered support providers, support workers, social prescribers and other housing professionals to remove housing as a barrier to independence — whether that's transitional housing, a supported housing placement, or a general needs let.
Referrers get fast, honest answers on suitability and availability, a named point of contact, and all-inclusive homes their clients can move into quickly — often within days.
